Hello...
ohh wont break the continuity of the reading process..
further reasons...
3) I got in touch with many of my school friends through orkut and it was indeed a refreshing experience to get back to them after so many years.
Here comes the 4th reason. . .
Raghav (my hubby) contacted me through orkut for the first time :)
I guess that was the phase when I(rather We) used orkut more than any other website ..photo sharing commenting on snaps etc etc ..
5) When I joined iBranch(Raghav's entrepreneural venture) as an Online evangelist, I added many of the iBranch users in my orkut profile..so that I could be in touch with them to solve their doubts etc..and orkut did help me a lot @ that time.
Now that I am done with my orkut fascination letme start with Facebook.
Actually its difficult to exactly define the time when I ... actually switched over to Facebook.
The interet crazy personality in me faded slowly and gradually as I went over for my further studies and surfing rather than being abstract became subject related
and
when my friends started sending me facebook invites I was skeptical that with such time constraint, Would I be able to handle 2 social networking platforms?
I used to plainly delete those requests..
As and when I started working with iBranch..and started contacting students on FB.. i thought 1 more social network would help me in my work.
Then there was a phase when I shared updates simultaneously both n orkut and facebook.
and then slowly it so happened that everyone was Sharing updates, Liking, Comenting, Sending messages etc on FB, and not orkut..so i guess I gave in to the peer pressure :P
But now that I am writing this blog I am all the more motivated to continue this further as ...Are we really obsessed with our Social Networking personality?
The inspiration is a blog from a friend
